What do you eat?

We talked about this! Meat, cheese, butter and eggs!

Seriously, it's the simplest thing in the world, but people have so many questions. So many. Like an absurd amount. I think it's too deceptively simple. So to help clear things up, I've created a handy sample menu for 1 week. To be honest, I'm not sure I've ever eaten the below exactly in the order I've listed them. But it's all stuff I eat regularly!

As a reminder, I don't eat breakfast (funny how skipping breakfast has a cool, new, trendy name: "Intermittent Fasting" - yeah I'm doing that by accident), so the below is just lunch and dinner with one exception.

Monday

Lunch

Shaved steak, fried in butter (season with salt, pepper, garlic, etc) (1 lb)

Dinner

Ribeye (season with salt, pepper, garlic, etc) (at least 1 lb)

Tuesday

Lunch

Double bacon cheeseburger, no bun (at least 8oz)

Dinner

Pork Chops (at least 1 lb)

Wednesday

Lunch

Grilled garlic and cheese sausage links (be SUPER careful w/ sausage, make sure there's no crap in it) (1 lb)

Dinner

Un marinated steak tips (at least 1 lb)

Thursday

Lunch

Salmon (at least 12 oz, butter sauce / topper)

Dinner

Strip steak with bleu cheese compound butter (at least 1 lb steak)

Friday

Lunch

Quick snack of a few pieces of bacon

Dinner (early, like 3pm)

Porterhouse Steak (at least 20oz)


I only eat 1 meal a day on Friday due to having to officiate Friday nights, I want to eat a large meal late in the day to carry me through the night

Saturday

Lunch

4 over easy eggs with cheese

Dinner

Brisket and pork belly (mustard based sauce!)



Sunday

Lunch

Shaved steak, fried in butter (season with salt, pepper, garlic, etc) (1 lb)

Dinner (early, like 3pm)

Air fryed pork chops (at least 1 lb) with sugar free bbq sauce
